Why do rates change at certain hours?Kenapa tarifnya berubah di jam tertentu?
The model provider charges double during peak hours, which are 08:00–11:00 and 13:00–17:00 WIB (UTC+7). Outside those windows the rate is half. Our system follows this automatically. What happens if my key leaks?Apakah kunci saya bisa bocor?
Keys are shown once and stored only as a fingerprint (hash), never in plain text. If yours leaks, ask us to disable it and issue a new one. Kunci hanya ditampilkan sekali dan kami simpan dalam bentuk sidik jari (hash), bukan kunci aslinya. Kalau bocor, kamu bisa minta kami matikan dan buat yang baru.
